Content Policy
Werto Platform (werto.cloud)
Version 1.0
Effective date: 2026-10-29
For users in Uzbekistan the Uzbek text, and for all other users the English text, is the legal basis; the other languages are translations for convenience.
Werto is a platform for building websites, web applications and other digital products for users worldwide. We want every product built by Werto AI to contain nothing embarrassing before any person who opens it — a client, a parent, a child, a colleague. For this reason this Content Policy consists of two layers: what is prohibited by law (Section 2; Neromoon operates under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan) and Werto's own standard, which is stricter than the law (Section 3). Compliance with the law of any particular country is the responsibility of the Product Owner (Section 6). Both layers apply to all content created or uploaded on the Platform or requested from Werto AI: chat requests, generated products, uploaded files and forms.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use.
1. Core principle
Where Werto AI may decline to fulfil a request, it explains why and, where possible, offers an acceptable alternative. Werto AI does not create any element that contravenes this Policy, even if the user expressly requests it. This is not a limitation but part of the product promise: "everything Werto builds works" — and puts no one in an awkward position.
2. Content prohibited by law
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Informatization" (Article 12¹), the Criminal Code, the Law "On Advertising" (ZRU-776) and other legislative acts, it is strictly prohibited to create, store or distribute on the Platform:
- materials calling for or promoting the violent change of the constitutional order, war, violence, terrorism and extremism;
- materials inciting national, racial, ethnic or religious hatred, as well as materials degrading individuals or groups;
- pornographic materials (Article 130 of the Criminal Code) and any content of a sexual nature involving minors — such cases are reported to law enforcement authorities without delay;
- promotion or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors;
- materials promoting or inciting suicide;
- materials disclosing state secrets or other secrets protected by law;
- materials containing defamation or insult or degrading a person's honour and dignity, as well as materials disclosing a person's personal data without that person's consent;
- materials calling for mass riots or unauthorised assemblies;
- dissemination of knowingly false information as true;
- advertising prohibited by law: public advertising of alcohol and tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and prescription medicines, unlicensed gambling and betting, unlicensed financial services;
- content infringing copyright, trademark rights or other intellectual property rights (for example, a product bearing another brand's name and logo);
- fraud: a fake shop, a "login" page in the name of another organisation (phishing), a financial pyramid scheme, promises of "guaranteed income";
- malware, attack tools, code for unauthorised access.
3. The Werto standard (stricter than the law)
The following content may not be prohibited by law, but Werto does not create it and does not permit it to be placed on the Platform:
| Category | What is prohibited |
|---|---|
| Adult and erotic content | Any images and texts of a sexual nature or aimed at presenting the body as sexually attractive, including: images of people in underwear, bikinis or partially nude; "18+" services (dating, escort, striptease, adult shops); erotic stories; jokes and slogans of a sexual nature. This rule applies regardless of the subject of the product — for example, even for a lingerie shop the product itself is shown (on a mannequin or laid flat) instead of images on the body. |
| Gambling and betting | Casino, bookmaker, lottery and "sports betting" websites and content directing users to them — regardless of whether a licence is held. |
| Alcohol, tobacco, vapes, hookahs | Websites and applications selling or promoting these products. A drinks section in a restaurant menu is not covered by this, provided the product is not mainly dedicated to alcohol. |
| Weapons and dangerous goods | Trade in firearms and bladed weapons, explosives and pyrotechnics; instructions for making them. |
| Medical promises | Websites and applications guaranteeing the cure of diseases, promoting unproven methods and "miracle" medicines, or advertising healing services without a medical licence. Websites of clinics, pharmacies and doctors are permitted — but without promises and with the licence number. |
| Financial risk | Cryptocurrency, forex, "investment" and get-rich-quick schemes, microloans — without a licence and a clear risk warning. Licensed financial institutions must display their licence number. |
| Impersonation of another person or organisation | Creating a product in the name of state bodies, banks, well-known brands or real persons (creating a product for your own organisation is, of course, permitted). |
| Hate and discrimination | Texts and images that discriminate against, ridicule or reinforce stereotypes on the grounds of nationality, religion, sex, age, disability or other characteristics. |
| Cruelty | Scenes of violence, images of blood and injuries (outside a news or medical context), cruelty to animals. |
| Content harmful to children | Any material restricted by the Law "On the Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health" on websites intended for children. |
| Spam and deceptive practices | Websites for mass unsolicited messaging, fake reviews, "hidden" pages (cloaking), deceiving search engines, fake counters. |
| Disguised collection of personal data | Forms requesting a card number, password or passport details; "surveys" whose real purpose is concealed. |
4. Grey areas — how we decide
Many products are not prohibited by their subject matter but require caution. In such cases Werto AI applies the following approach:
| Subject | Permitted | Not permitted |
|---|---|---|
| Fashion, clothing, beauty | Clothing and accessories, fully clothed models, hair and make-up services, salon interior | Underwear and swimwear worn on the body, shots emphasising the sexual attractiveness of the body |
| Sport and fitness | Workouts, equipment, people in sportswear | Partially nude "body" photos, bikini fitness |
| Restaurants and cafés | Dishes, interior, menu (including a drinks section) | A product dedicated to alcohol, or alcohol promotions |
| Healthcare | Clinic services, doctors, appointment booking, licence number | Guarantee of cure, "100% results", advertising of prescription medicines |
| Religion and culture | Website of a mosque/church community, events, charity, religious education | Degrading other faiths, extremist calls |
| Politics and society | Public organisation, initiative, reports | Inciting hatred, calls for unauthorised events, insulting individuals |
| Dating and marriage | Traditional matchmaking service, family events agency | Dating of a sexual nature, "18+" services |
5. How we enforce the Policy
- At the request stage: Werto AI analyses the request and, where an intent contrary to the Policy is clear, declines it and explains the reason; where the intent is unclear, it asks a clarifying question.
- When selecting images: sample images are taken only from filtered sources; the image description is checked against a list of prohibited terms; a questionable image is not placed in the product.
- At the output stage: the text of the generated product passes through an automatic filter; if an element contrary to the Policy is detected, it is modified or generation is stopped.
- Upon complaint: any person may report a product built with Werto via the support chat or abuse@werto.cloud; the complaint is handled in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 6.
Automatic filters are not perfect: they may sometimes block acceptable content or let unacceptable content through. If you see an element contrary to this Policy in a product generated by Werto AI, it is our error and you are not obliged to fix it yourself: report it via the support chat or abuse@werto.cloud, and we will fix it and refund the credits spent on that generation.
6. Complaints procedure
A complaint is submitted via the support chat or abuse@werto.cloud; it must state the address of the product (site), a description of the violation and evidence. Complaints are handled at two levels:
| Level | What it covers | How it is handled |
|---|---|---|
| A — clearly unlawful content | Sexual content involving children, terrorism and extremism, fraud and phishing, malware | Upon detection, the product is suspended immediately, the account is blocked and payments are not refunded. |
| B — other complaints | Copyright, defamation, personal data, the law of a particular country | The product is not suspended while the complaint is under review; the complaint is forwarded to the Product Owner, who is given 5 business days to respond; a decision is made within 10 business days. If the violation is confirmed, the product is suspended or the account is blocked and payments are not refunded; if it is not confirmed, no action is taken. |
- Unfounded or repeated complaints are not considered.
- Werto checks only compliance with this Content Policy; compliance with the laws of any particular country is the responsibility of the Product Owner.
- Where a competent state authority makes a request in the manner prescribed by law, Neromoon provides the information required by law.
- A blocked user retains the right to access their own personal data (Privacy Policy, Section 9).
7. Consequences of violations
Depending on the severity and recurrence of the violation, the following measures are applied:
- A warning and a requirement to modify or delete the content (minor, first-time, likely inadvertent violations).
- Suspension of the project — the project is removed from viewing and hosting, and its owner is notified.
- Blocking of the account — for deliberate or repeated violations, or serious violations under Section 2. Where a violation is confirmed, payments are not refunded (clause 8.6 of the Terms of Use).
- Reporting — in cases required by law (in particular, content concerning minors), law enforcement authorities are notified and the relevant data is retained.
You may object to any measure via the support chat (or support@werto.cloud); the objection is reviewed by a different staff member within 5 business days.
8. Responsibility of the Product Owner
Werto AI creates the product, but the person who publishes and operates it is you. Responsibility for the text, images, prices and licence numbers in the product and for obligations towards visitors lies with the Product Owner. Before publishing, review the sample images and texts placed by Werto AI and make sure that they suit your business and comply with this Policy.
9. Changes and contact
The Policy is updated as new situations arise; the current version is available at https://werto.cloud/content-policy. Questions and complaints: the support chat or abuse@werto.cloud.
