Data Processing Terms for User Products
Annex 1 to the Terms of Use

For users in Uzbekistan the Uzbek text, and for all other users the English text, is the legal basis; the other languages are translations for convenience.
These Terms set out how Neromoon (an individual entrepreneur; details are in Section 7) ("Neromoon", "we") processes the data of third parties ("Visitors") who visit a product built by a Werto user (the "Product Owner", "you"). They form an integral part of the Terms of Use and apply from the moment a form that receives data (submission, contact, subscription, etc.) is launched in your product.
1. Roles of the Parties
1.1. With respect to the data that Visitors submit through forms, you, the Product Owner, are the owner and operator of the personal data: you determine the purpose and scope of the data collection, and it is your responsibility to inform Visitors through your product and, where necessary, to obtain their consent.
1.2. Neromoon is a technical intermediary. Form data is not stored in Werto: it is only delivered to the integration platform you have connected; if no integration is connected, the data does not reach the server at all and is not stored; where delivery is not possible, the data is held in an encrypted buffer for no more than 24 hours and is then deleted. Liability for loss of data depends on your connection settings. We do not use this data for our own purposes.

3. Neromoon's Obligations
- to process the data solely on the basis of your instructions (the connection settings on the Platform) and the requirements of law;
- to apply the technical and organisational measures specified in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy to protect the data; Visitors' data is not viewed by Neromoon staff;
- to engage sub-processors only from the list in Section 4 and to notify you 10 days in advance of any change to that list;
- to notify you within 72 hours after we become aware of a data security breach;
- where a Visitor contacts us directly (via the support chat or privacy@neromoon.uz), to refer the request to you and, if you do not respond, to take independent measures to the extent required by law;
- to delete undelivered data from the buffer within no more than 24 hours; to stop accepting new data when you disable the connection.

5. Product Owner's Obligations
- to place a privacy notice for Visitors in your product (template — Annex A); Werto AI automatically adds such a page to products that contain a form, and you must complete it with your own details;
- to request only the data necessary for the purpose; in accordance with the Content Policy, not to request card numbers, passwords, passport details or other sensitive data through forms;
- to respond to Visitors' requests (access, rectification, erasure) within the time limits established by law — the data is stored on the integration platform you have connected;
- where your activities so require, to register your personal data database in accordance with the legislation;
- to keep the connected integration platforms in working order and to protect the data held on them — you are responsible for the copy held there.
6. Limitations
The Platform is a tool for receiving and delivering submissions and does not replace a CRM or accounting system. For spam protection, the number of form transmissions per project per day and the size of each transmission are limited; the limits are shown on the Platform. Liability under these Terms is limited in accordance with Section 12 of the Terms of Use.
7. Parties and Company Details
The parties to these Terms are Neromoon (details below) and the Product Owner — the holder of the Werto account. Enquiries regarding these Terms: the support chat in Werto or privacy@neromoon.uz.

Images on the site may be loaded from third-party image services; in that case your browser sends your IP address to those services.
To access, rectify or erase your data, contact the address above. If the site owner does not respond, you may write to the werto.cloud platform at privacy@neromoon.uz. The data is retained until your submission is resolved or for [period].
